I can’t stay here

Between that place

Salvaged,

With grit and torment,

From the disasters of the past,

And this,

Amongst the whispering shadows

Of how I wanted it to be.

This schism

This chasm

Needs a Bridge,

An engineering miracle

In praise of failure.

To work.
